Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are experienced in sending our swords overseas and we will take care of all the paperwork for you. Regal Swords England is not responsible for any customs duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We send our items fully insured and tracked. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
